Frequently Asked Questions
Are staff at Capacity to Thrive fully vaccinated?
What happens if I can't make my appointment?
All staff employed by Capacity to Thrive are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have the Flu Vaccination each year. We will continue to ensure that all our staff are compliant with any requirements mandated by the SA and Australian Health Department related to working with vulnerable clients.
Do you have to collect my personal information?
We may have to apply cancellation charges if we do not receive enough notice of a cancellation and may review our capacity to continue if there are frequent cancellations. We ask that you make every effort to give us as much notice for cancellations as possible, so that we can offer our services to other clients or those on waiting lists.

It is always your choice as to what information is provided and to whom. Capacity To Thrive will need to collect some information about you for the primary purpose of providing the supports you require, especially if you are funded through the NDIS. We will need to know what categories of NDIS funding you have but you do not have to tell us how much funding you have, unless you wish to. We may ask that a permission to share information agreement is signed so that we can liaise with the appropriate services to provide the best support for you, if this is deemed useful but the decision about who that should be remains your decision. You are always in charge of what personal information you divulge to us. All personal information will be kept in the strictest confidence.
Do you only work with people who have NDIS funding?
No. Let us know what your needs are and we can let you know if we can help.
